than judging the products by our own taste we are just saying what
the scent is and whether the product leaves a scent behind. |

Murray's
Beeswax Wax
Hold:

Although it says 100% pure beeswax on the label our studies have
shown that it is over 80% petroleum with less than 10% beeswax.
Extra colors and scents were added to give it a beeswax look, and
smell. The amount of petroleum added to this product has made the
product so weak that it actually works against your dreads tightening
because there is so much petroleum it is lubricating the hairs and
keeping the knots from forming or making the fall apart.
Visibility:

Murray's beeswax did not leave any white residue behind on the hair,
instead it left a very shiny greasy look behind, because of all
the petroleum in the product.
Scent:

Murray's Beeswax did not have a very strong scent, and it smelled
more like a perfume than beeswax. It does not have natural scents
it has added perfumes. We are not giving Murray's Beeswax a 5 because
of the scent, but because of the kind of scent, an added perfume.
Added perfumes leave residues behind in your dreads.
Nutrients:

Murray's Beeswax has no vitamins or nutrients for the hair.
Greasiness:

Murray's Beeswax is over 80% petroleum, which is very greasy.
